1) What kind of Linkshell is Blue Requiem?Blue Requiem is a social Linkshell first and foremost. Though we do organize missions, quests, NM hunts and other such things the main reason we are all here is because we like being here. Blue Requiem was founded with an open, welcoming atmosphere and tries hard to continue that tradition. We're all friends in this shell, some people even consider it like a family, and that's what BR is all about
2) Are there any rules in this LinkshellYes, there are. Be good. But if you want a more detailed rule set, that can be found at the top of every forum page under the
RULES OF THE LINKSHELL page or in the first topic on the main page. Seriously, you can't miss them unless you try to miss them. And if you did miss them, then you can find them here.
http://blue-requiem.com/index.php?act=boardrules3) Whats the average level of the people in the Linkshell? Most people tend to be around mid 40s all the way to 75, though many of them started in the Linkshell at much lower levels then that. Currently there is no level restrictions and requirements, and that's not something that will change in the near future. We have just as many people under level 30 as we do 75 and we try to cater to all members no matter how low or how new.
4) How do I join? Well if you are reading this then you either found this page by some strange random fluke or you were specifically invited. If it was the latter then congratulations, you've already joined. But if you want to know why you joined, that is a bit tougher to say. There are no specific requirements to join, you just have to not be a jerk. But the best way to get into this Linkshell is to contact one of its members in game. If you don't play FFXI you can't sign up here.
5) How many members in the shell?Currently the *exact* number is unsure. Not everyone visits the forum so going by that number will give you a much lower number then what we actually have. Though the number of active members usually hovers around 40-50 people with 5-10 on at any given time. Early mornings and late nights things are usually quiet in the shell as most people play during 'NA Primetime' between 7PM-11PM give or take.
6) What kind of events do you have? As a Linkshell we try to do as much as we can and whatever is needed. Though some endgame things are harder for us to do as of now, we try doing Sky Gods, Dynamis, and all those other fun endgame events. But as of now we do what we can. Between 'required' events like Artifact Armor and Limit Break quests, Rank missions and Zilart and Promethia missions and 'fun' Linkshell events like Assaults, Garrisons and Parties we do a bit of everything. And we're always trying to think up fun new events and are always willing to help on any quests.
7) I want to help, but am too low. What should I do?Well if you want to help then that's great! Because people can change levels and characters so easily in this game, you'll always have a chance to help. That level 75 who helped you get your subjob items may in turn need help getting theirs on a secondary character. So though you may be low, there will always be an opportunity to help out the LS, just gotta keep an eye open and wait for your chance.
